-Landlord very responsive and nice -spacious rooms -All appliances worked very well -Rooms all had nice natural light
Cons
-Pest control esp mice were never fully taken care of, they would be found in all rooms of the apartment.
Advice to the owners
-Have exterminator come in and inspect and fill holes where mice come through
