Nice neighbors but pest issue

Friendly neighbors convenient location clean and cozy building
Cons
Pest issue Lots of street noise at night
Advice to the owners
Seal cracks between walls and floors, hire exterminator and plugs up drains in between renters, instead of doing all of this only upon request after a new tenant moves in (prevention vs. reaction)

Extremely dated, very old hallways & elevator, really old appliances, no outdoor spaces
Advice to the owners
Update the hallway paint & stay on top of how professional the doormen are.
