Was a decent apartment
Pros
-Coziness in the apartment -neighbors are nice -convenient neighborhood -in front of citi bike station
Cons
-management is not good at responding -loud music next to bar 101 Wilson Ave -water pressure has not been fixed -showers tend to clog
Advice to the owners
Do better at responding to renters and fixing problems within the building.

Pretty ok for Brooklyn
Pros
Building mgmt is very responsive and will correct their own mistakes when pointed out. Neighbors were nice. They are on top of any pest issues, decent price for the room sizes.
Cons
This isn't so much a con but just something to be aware of, they are very Jewish and take off all Jewish holidays so sometimes paperwork needs to be completed very early.
