Loved living here
Pros
Well maintained, clean enough, the gym is small but works great, responsive management.
Cons
Energy efficiency of the building is bad so utilities are high; packages get stolen often

Pros
Laundry in unit, laid out well, recent updates, quality materials, key fob, location
Cons
Garbage room would quickly overflow, loud stairs that weren’t sturdy, squeaky floors, small kitchen sink, street noise throughout, mgmt would not discuss amount for lease renewal and increased significantly
Advice to the owners
Pace your increases in rent, not everyone needing 3 beds has roommates to split costs
