Good but not great
Pros
Lots of space in penthouse. Super is amazing. Newer appliances. They try to fix leaks.
Cons
Leaks happen a lot in some bedrooms.

Good house, poor management
Pros
Large house, lots of ventilation and natural light, polite neighbors and friendly super
Cons
Poor customer service (Erica), slow response from maintenance, faulty heating, lighting and WC's and plumbing and drainage
Advice to the owners
Fix the plumbing and sewage and heating issues please and leakage
