The location is exceptional, and on-street dining is great. Laundry in building. Quiet and brighter light on the courtyard. Most rental.units priced low.
Cons
Narrow doorway and halls. Noisy facing the street. No dogs.

Keep.rents.low. petition Board to allow dogs
