Not a bad option
Pros
Large floor plans for a decent price.
Cons
Lobby/common areas in the building are never mantained and are always dirty. Neighbors are loud and constantly have cops responding to domestic disputes.

Horrible apartment

Nothing, did not enjoy staying there
Cons
Everything. Some of the tenants in the building would harass us and blast music. Apartment was filthy and not well kept.
