It's quiet and gets lots of light.
Cons
Apartment came with mold in the bathroom I had to remove myself.

Pros
Very helpful super, washer dryer in unit, room to store bike in hallway.
Cons
Hallway can get stinky when trash is brought out. Floors are thin, entire apartment vibrates when upstairs neighbor plays music. People hang out in front of building playing music
