Spacious, landlord response to 311 complaints ASAP,
Cons
Non-updated, controlled water, landlord will rent but will try to control what you do and say it’s his apartment. Has motion sensors, and will keep tabs on your visitors/ who stays. If you have a program consult your social worker, will try to take deposit for you even though program pays deposit and more. Will track your mail too, be aware. Will have you out within the year ! Controlled heat, always cold !

Do not rent !
