Generally clean spot with occasional maintenance issues
Pros
- Typically very clean; no pest issues aside from the occasional water bug (though dependent on which floor you’re on) - Great area; very close to transit
Cons
- Maintenance can be a little slow to respond; have had issues that were not resolved for several weeks
