Reviews

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Management takes long to respond. Especially the new ones

Pros

Neighbors are nice.

Cons

Dingy walls and floors in lobby. Elevator always gets stuck. Laundry room is small not enough machines, needs maintenance. Unresponsive owner.

Advice to the owners

Update the paint and floor tiles. Update the elevator. Maybe making the extra huge rooms in the basement into the laundryroom would help.

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Okay, not so bad

Pros

Good location and local eats

Cons

We were on top floor (5th for walk up) and still had some issues with mice. And one time a cat snuck in through the window— wild

Advice to the owners

Better management and response to tenants— had to always follow up written requests with calls
