cheap but at a cost
Pros
The apartment is well located near the F and two citibike racks. Location is great, working elevator
Cons
packages constantly stolen, no laundry in building, noise and smell from restaurant below (Tadhana), mice and roaches in the units, buzzer is broken constantly, unresponsive landlord to any building issues, security camera doesn't work

Elevator in building Lots of natural sunlight Macitence is fast when you get a hold of landlord
