Rent is super cheap for the amenities
Cons
Management is crazy and ignores issues/messages consistently. Left the building without hot water for 3.5 months

<10 min walk to trains lots of restaurants grocery stores quiet area
Cons
dirty. carpets not vacuumed washer and dryers will break sometimes no heat for 4 months
Advice to the owners
pls respond and take care of the building
