Building is great, management sucks
Pros
A lot of the people in the building are super sweet and friendly. The location is perfect, very close to the subway but in a perfect quiet spot and right next to Riverside Park.
Cons
Moria Shaki is unhelpful and rude, there are only 4 washers/4 dryers for everyone in the building, the gas line leaked and there was no gas (aka no stove/oven) for several months

Owners of this building and Management are terrible - care only about money

The owners and management are terrible horrible people only interested in kicking long standing tenants out to raise the rent by any means possible
Advice to the owners
Sell the building to a nice human being - the tenants all hate you
