Super and Management are awful
Pros
Location only is the only pro.
Cons
Dani the super is absolutely useless. He is disrespectful and unresponsive when you need him. I also felt uncomfortable in his presence, he cat-calls women on the street. They don't clean the building, and the inside vault has a lot of trash in it. People steal packages all the time, management does not care.
Advice to the owners
Not worth my time. They are a lost cause.

Good building and management
Pros
Responsive management, quiet apartment and great street.
Cons
Could use some hallway updating but seems like they are investing in new lights etc.
