Good Apartment, Nice Management

I liked my stay here, good overall
Cons
Waterbugs - only saw a few in my apartment. This is really my only complaint. I was on the ground floor so this is expected.

Amazing location, convenient to multiple subways!
Cons
Only 3 laundry machines/3 dryers for the entire building.
Advice to the owners
Add more laundry machines/dryers.
