Great neighborhood, quiet neighbors, recently renovated apartments
Cons
Garbage area was quite bad (restaurant on the first floor led to many rats). Dealt with mice and roaches in the apartment. Air conditioning/heating units (one per bedroom, none in living area) made electric bill pretty expensive

New appliances, good location
Cons
Neighbors are 2 older brothers in their 60s that will knock on your door and even call the police for any small complaint. They are aggressive and like to self police the whole apartment
