Cheap for the neighborhood, good location
Cons
Landlord wasn't responsive to issues, had work done on our place and it was left unfinished for weeks. No bathroom during that time

- responsive and kind landlord - safe and quiet neighborhood - typical walk up in NYC
Cons
- hallway is pretty dark and isn't cleaned frequently
