Charming UWS Pre-War
Pros
Super quiet street. Rarely see or hear neighbors. Kitchen is custom-built but has lots of storage. Double-pane windows. Heigh ceilings with pre-war details and charm.
Cons
Heater/Radiator: can be super noisy. Water temperature: Getting it right can be cumbersome. Sometimes it takes forever to get warm and other times the slightest move of the dial will dramatically change it. Appliances: Work fine, but super outdated. Fridge is from the 80s… so got some vintage charm.
Advice to the owners
Shared laundry room would be really nice addition.
