It’s a Cute spot!
Pros
Honestly I wasn’t indoors very long since it’s a vibrant spot, but always was safe to come back to and next to the subway
Cons
A bit loud since it’s next to a big street but that’s just NY.

Amazing area Very close to public transportation Had a great deal for the apartment

Mice problem Heat sometimes would run too much and make the apartment too hot Water pressure is fairly weak
