A little sketch but landlord responsive + present
Pros
-“landlord” lives in, easy to reach, responsive
Cons
-some older stuff not as well taken care of, not a modern heating system -noise travels from hallway -not well insulated electricity or pipes (when bathroom gets steamy, lights go out) -sink clogs in bathroom -not a modern shower /tub -of course rent is too high for what it is but, it’s nyc so what can ya do
Advice to the owners
renovate.
