The area is pretty quiet
Cons
The super never responded and it took months for him to fix big issues such as water leakage and lights that went out. The location is quiet but there are people shooting up right by the apartment, the price does not make up for the location. You can get a bigger apartment in a better location for the same price.
Advice to the owners
Be better and stop over charging.
