THERE HAS BEEN AN ISSUE OF A TENANT SMOKING IN THE BUILDING AND MANAGEMENT ATTEMPTED TO MITIGATE THE SITUATION BUT IT HAS LARGELY GONE UNRESOLVED

Cons
Heat is always out. Renovations or construction is always going on. Neighbors are always loud and drunk. Expect to find them sleeping in the hallways. Multiple issues with appliances and leaks within apartment due to shotty renovations.
Advice to the owners
Renovate your buildings properly before you allow tenants in to rent them. Don’t break nyc laws by illegally renovating apartments and having the building fall apart in the meantime. Follow nyc heating laws. Follow rules of use of quiet enjoyment. This building is a pile of crap with a bow on it
