short and sweet
Pros
Everything is near bus, train, store's and to wash clothes it's in the basement...... I also control the heat......
Cons
Management will not reach out right away and the super can be lazy.....
Advice to the owners
Reach out to us if we call , Talk to the super about his job, Many seniors are living in building and need help

Great location, great super, bad management
Pros
Very close to the A train. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly, competent super.
Cons
Old building with many maintenance issues. Slow response by building management to major necessary repairs.
