Pros
– understanding, responsive landlords – garbage done timely and neatly – heating works great
Cons
– some tenants are a bit eccentric and hard to coexist with – a small rodent problem
Advice to the owners
None really, there's not much they can do about the tenants and rodents are everywhere in the city
