good location, decent sized rooms

Cons

really slow responsiveness from the owner even during crisis, and the downstairs neighbors are extremely loud. also did not take a cockroach problem seriously, and continued to send exterminators that were not working

Exterminator had to come back every month for roaches and the problem didn’t go away Black mold in the bathroom Management very unresponsive unless they want something from you
