Close proximity to transit.

Terrible super doesn't do anything. Management also terrible with unprofessional help.

maintain the building and the apartments

Pros

It is a quiet building on my floor. The location of the building is good.

Cons

They are not giving it maintenance, it is a building and that is causing all the good things we had to be damaged. We also do not have a super that cleans as it should

maintain the building as before and let us know what's going on
