Nice building but numerous problems while living there
Pros
Beautiful and secure building, friendly but generally quiet neighbors
Cons
I lived on the first floor and the roaches were unbearable. Was promised monthly cleanings but that didn't happen. Killed at least one roach a day. Had issues with the lights, got stove replaced but was not properly hooked up leaving me without use for a month. Building was responsive, though there were constant problems to upkeep

More thoroughly treat bug problem

Not worth the rent increases

Laundry, close to subway

Management wants to squeeze every penny outta you and will raise rent more than 10% per year!
