Run away from this place
Pros
Studio is a decent size for Manhattan
Cons
My unit has a mice problem, the bathroom is nearly falling apart (leaky toilet, gravel falling from the ceiling, and BLACK MOLD growing in the shower) overall not worth the $$$. Building doesn’t really care at all.

It’s so noisy at night and the units are so small for the price
Advice to the owners
Be less greedy you literally own so many buildings
