Great Location, Great Neighborhood
Pros
I couldn't have been more pleased with living here. I was nervous to move to NYC, but this building/apartment was safe, spacious, and comfortable. The proximity to multiple subways AND Central Park is unbeatable. The Super is fantastic and very responsive. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place on the UES.

I don't have any complaints. It was a great first apartment in NYC.
Amazing place to call home
Pros
This building is in such an amazing neighborhood / area. It feels very residential and homey. The super Rue is extremely attentive and kind. The unit we were in had 2 bathrooms and a washer/drier which was really unheard of for the price.
Cons
Our apartment itself doesn’t have much light and the rooms facing the street can be quite loud. I wouldn’t say there’s a rodent problem perse but about once a year we’ll find a very tiny mouse, exterminators come promptly, and then we’re fine.
