Landlord does not do her job
Pros
- Charming unit with lots of sun light - Large sturdy patio - Right next to the C train station
Cons
- Appliances are not reliable - Landlord is unresponsive and does not do her job - Unit was not inspected and fixed before move-in (was leftover belongings from tenants and appliances were not working)
Advice to the owners
- Get a new building manager (complaints have been filed towards NYC Housing because of decreased services)

Washer/dryer in building removed in the middle of lease Management super unresponsive
