Terrible Strongly advise against moving here. Do your research before making any decisions. Here are the major issues: Pest Infestation: The building is infested with roaches and rats. These pests are everywhere, including in the yard. Management Issues: The management is extremely manipulative and rude and can't be trusted. Water Quality: The water is yellow and has a foul smell, making it unsuitable for cooking or drinking. Poor Construction: The building is old and any recent construction appears to be done cheaply and inadequately. Noise and Cleanliness: The building is very loud and dirty, contributing to an overall unpleasant living environment. Neglectful Maintenance: Essential repairs are often delayed, leaving tenants to fend for themselves for extended periods. Unsafe Roof: The roof is not up to code, posing an additional safety risk however they advertise it like it's usable! In summary, the building is run down, unsafe, and poorly managed. The management is only interested in collecting rent and not in maintaining the property. Save yourself the headache and find a better place to live. DO YOUR RESEARCH, DO YOUR RESEARCH!

- Very close to L train - Low rent - Roof access - Big rooms with closets - Spacious living room and kitchen - Hardwood floors throughout
Cons
- Mice in building - Loud neighbors - Loud area (near a nightclub, gas station, metalworks warehouse) - Heaters sometimes don't work - No gas vent in kitchen - No windows anywhere except in bedrooms - Thin walls - Packages stolen downstairs often
Advice to the owners
Keep stairs and lobby cleaned, check appliances/apartment before people move in, and don't let tenants get into hour long screaming matches in the stairwell
