Management doesn't care
Pros
It's a quiet building
Cons
If something is not working or breaks down the management office takes forever. When it rains heavy the basement flooded, flooding the heat & hot water boilers. Hallways are always dirty, they used to clean them but nit now. Garbage outside is horrible.

Overpriced, wouldn't recommend, difficult management company
Pros
When I first rented I got a pretty good deal. There is a large shared backyard, shared laundry, and dishwashers in every unit. The bedroom is large.
Cons
The building is not well maintained, the backyard is gross, and the management company will not treat you well. The heat is illegal. I had to push back a lot and involve HPD to get proper heating installed in my unit (1R) but the rest of the units still have inadequate heating as far as I know.
