Pleasant Experience Here
Pros
Rafael and Ben have been pleasant to work with and very quick in their response time. They have also been very accommodating in my requests. If you live in the back of the building you don’t hear anything.
Cons
I wish it was a little bit more affordable compared to the rest of the units in the neighborhood but that’s on me.
Advice to the owners
Invest in cameras please especially to the package room, all building entry, roof, garden, laundry, gym, and light up the path to the building entry at night
