Worst Apartment Ever - Had to break my lease

The lighting was great in the living room and kitchen
Cons
Cockroach INFESTED. Large cockroaches in the kitchen and I found one on my bed one night. I was traumatized and had to break my lease.

Very affordable and near the 1 train.

Noisy, dirty, and mismanaged.

Respond to your tenants, keep the building clean and make necessary repairs.
