Nice building
Pros
Great light and nice neighbors.
Cons
You can hear everything that happens upstairs from you. EVERYTHING. There are some chronic plumbing problems.
Advice to the owners
The stairway needs to be vacuumed desperately. Also, a bike rack would be nice.
