Solid Building, Good Management

Managment was responsive, no roaches

We did have a mouse or two over a three year period

Bad, unresponsive landlord
Pros
Small building. Larger apartments. No issues with heat or hot water.
Cons
Landlord completely unresponsive. Most appliances fail and are not repaired. Basement floods many times with rain water and SEWAGE backup.
Advice to the owners
Advise to landlord- manage the building. Even just a little.
