Some neighbors are not considerate of their sound levels Neighbors are inconsiderate when throwing away their trash, not closing the trash bin or recycling bins Washer and dryer in the basement is essentially useless, the dryer takes several cycles

One block from the Knickerbocker M stop, grocery stores, restaurants, shops and bars.
Cons
Located at a loud intersection, no natural light in the living room or kitchen except for the third floor. The landlord has a service that comes and sweeps/mop the floors and takes out the garbage. Unfortunately some of the tenants don’t understand how to properly throw out their trash and break down their cardboard.
