Fine college apartment

Good AC, good space
Cons
Not very responsive, walls grew mold, took a long time to get problems fixed

good for students, but not a "great" find
Pros
location, modern look, two bathrooms, furnished
Cons
The neighbors are loud, issues with sensitive fire alarm, kitchen was pretty but cheap materials used/things broke over time
Advice to the owners
quicker responses to texts / needs, better maintenance of mold and other damages, they should really not make it a 4 br because on of the br is too small
