Location proximity to trader joes, and train to anywhere
Cons
Loud from street, not great neighbourhood, mice history in apartment

Get rid of downstairs tenants bringing mice

Nice renovated units
Pros
Renovated, new appliances like oven and dishwasher, washer dryer in unit HUGE plus. We faced the back courtyard so it was dead quiet, but if you face the street it’s not. Real wood floors. Handyman was great.
Cons
Super didn’t respond ever, thought the property manager did and she was nice. Garbage always piled up above the stairs. Heat didn’t work for a month in the dead of winter.
