Convenient and cute
Pros
Quick rental, quiet old building. The super is fairly responsive, but not as responsive as most standard buildings. Very tiny apartments at market rent.
Cons
There is now a small charge to process a rent payment. No hot water in shower for 3 weeks. Ceiling fell in bathroom; cleaned quickly.
Advice to the owners
Have the drains snaked regularly.

Months without Laundry

Great location Good size Great closet space
Cons
Laundry machines were removed in February and only just replaced in June, management staff was very bad at communicating with tenants about the situation
