Decent spot, terrible landlord
Pros
Location, laundry in unit
Cons
Garbage in lobby a lot, stairs/lobby not the cleanest Shady landlord. Did not notify of rent increases within proper timeline (I.e 60 days if living there +1 year) and did not cooperate even when called out. Insane and unreasonable hours for showings upon move out & largely unwilling to cooperate.

Consistent pest issue
Pros
Quiet apartment, good location, washer and dryer in unit.
Cons
Small apartment (but that’s nyc). Consistent mice and roach problem throughout most of our lease. Our washer and dryer broke and it took them 3 months to replace it.
