A Decent Building
Pros
Clean, good amenities, no infestation problems, good heat and AC
Cons
No windows/natural light in the common space, very large windows in bedroom on noisy street, very loud apartment, windows are cold in the winter, trash accumulates heavily outside building
Advice to the owners
larger trash receptacles for entire building
