Great location next to a park, subway, and grocery stores
Cons
-over priced -appliances don’t work -unresponsive landlord -didn’t have heat for almost 3 months -bug issues- ants, ladybugs, silverfish -laundry in basement breaks -cabinets are literally falling out of the wall -floorboards were not properly placed -issues with mice -next to a preschool so constant children screaming -illegally raises rent ie refer to the recently passed good cause eviction law. -people steal packages
Advice to the owners
Get it together- this might be an investment to you but it’s a home to your tenants. Take care of your asset.
Loved living hear despite it being very expensive
Pros
Neighbors! Everyone was so nice and no one was loud. Lots of families or single young professionals. Never had an issue. I would have lived her longer but then increased the rent more and I could find a larger apartment for the price.
Cons
Very expensive A little difficult to reach the super, but he was quick to fix issues so I didn’t mind.
Advice to the owners
Clean the entrance and building more.
