Relatively quiet considering the street below is busy. Very responsive management to maintenance requests
Cons
Me and neighbors have super high utilities ($500 a month in winter) - due to very poorly insulated windows
I don't understand how they can justify the rent prices

So many roaches, occasional mice. Downstairs neighbors always had door open and were cooking, often had screaming matches. Building is across the street from a late night, busy bar and there was always insane noise from people getting into fights outside. Landlord raised the rent from 2800 which was already too much for the condition of the unit to 3800 which caused us to vacate.
Advice to the owners
if you're charging nearly 4K for a tiny unit, make sure the cabinets are intact and there aren't roaches on the stairs. Talk to your other tenants and maybe do a welfare check
