Owners don't address issues

Bldg clean garbage put out
Cons
Nasty disrespectful residents, drop their garbage on floor, kids hang out in staircase smoking. Smell of Marijuana in staircase, neighbors loud. Get better laundry machines they are overpriced and disgusting get. Better vendor

Handle your business and stop ignoring the tenants that actually pay their rent

It’s an apartment building
Pros
Superintendent is very responsive and there is still street parking in the area
Cons
Building is outdated, and elevator runs slow. Hallways need to be updated with fresh paint

Check for mold in each apartment
