-Good water pressure -nice view -responsive super -pest inspection/control

Cons

-infamous stairs -outlets not in the best locations/not enough

Advice to the owners

-Please consider re-painting the building entrance/hallways. -maybe a camera inside the entrance/mailbox area

It’s pretty good

Pros

You can leave your packages in the lobby for the most part, it’s very rare that anyone’s package has ever gotten stolen, most neighbors are very neighborly and kind, it’s never excessively loud.

Cons

They don’t clean the stairs often or the carpets, and the washing machines often get out of service.
