Great live in super
Pros
Excellent live in Super -- Barry is the best. Amazing location, huge apartments, they clean the lobby often, very close to grocery stores and gym, in Uni washer dryer
Cons
owners are slow to respond, No central AC, they only accept rent by Check
Advice to the owners
Have an online system to pay rent, be able to communicate with building

Pros
we’ll maintained building; thoughtful touches to apartment (they didn’t just select the cheapest item available for everything); super is phenomenal.
Cons
Noise levels are horrible; the windows are cheap and don’t seal properly, which makes the noise issue even worse. It also makes heating the place expensive since the windows are so cheap.
Advice to the owners
Replace the windows.
