Awful humans running the place
Pros
Location is close to transportation, restaurants, bars and other local things.
Cons
Rude super. Owner is backed out of signed agreement. Trash piled up under the windows. No laundry room. “Neighbors” is a loose term for jerks that share a hallway.
Advice to the owners
Don’t be such a profit hungry jerk.

Good building, cheap rent but the train sounds like a rocket ship in the bedrooms!
Pros
Very cheap rent, great first apartment if you are not a light sleeper. Great super and easy management, didn't raise rent for 3 years.
Cons
Bedrooms too close to train.
Advice to the owners
Nothing! Very transparent.
