Good management but with rats and roaches
Pros
Management is super responsive and helpful to any requests you may have.
Cons
The trash area is not very well maintained and attracts rats. They have a pest inspection once a month but roaches continue to be a problem.

Excellent location, fine building
Pros
Amazing location, fairly responsive landlord, wonderful super
Cons
The building makes you pay a $50 deposit for each building key (not apartment key) they give you and if you don't keep the receipt they will refuse to refund this even after keys are returned. They say it's not pet-friendly but there are many dogs in the building.
Advice to the owners
Stop being so shady with the key deposit. Put laundry in all units.
